About this Course

This class offers moderately experienced yoga students an opportunity to deepen their yoga practice in a safe, fun and supportive environment. Variations of foundation postures will continue to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. Learn safe transitional movements between poses to prepare for more flowing styles of yoga. Please bring your own mat.
