About this Course

Movement and dance can fuel positive change and relaxation in your body. Join dance instructor Virginia as she gently leads you through a creative dance class. It is open to all dance abilities and covers some of the foundations for training, creating movement, and developing dance ideas. We are starting with a gentle warm up of self-care for our bodies, progressing towards movement patterns and line dances. The class combines choreography with free movement in a guided experience. No dance experience necessary.
