About this Course

Mini-Grit is the younger-kid version of our Grit program that explores brain-health + soul-resilience. Through crafts, yoga, mindful activities and real-life chats, kids will leave each day with the confidence that they can calm themselves in stressful pandemic moments, the knowledge about how to create authentic friendships even while physical distancing, and the power to stand up for themselves in tough situations.
