About this Course

SIRvivor is a supervised exercise program class designed to assist men with prostate cancer with engaging in regular exercise. It has been created and tested by researchers and implemented across BC. The program is designed to assist in meeting the exercise needs of prostate cancer survivors. This program is suitable for most individuals with prostate cancer, only excluding those at high risk of adverse events.
