Beginner ballet provides an introduction for absolute beginners, and for those looking to return to the basics of dance. The class is designed to be non-intimidating and for all levels of fitness. We'll start with the basics of posture, positioning, and moving to the music. Class will begin with exercises at the barre, and move into exercises at the centre. Participants will work on stability, mobility, and grace, all the while enjoying a positive and supportive atmosphere.
