In this 3 week workshop, we'll explore how to calm ourselves down when the storm hits, how to be a good friend and how to choose a good friend, how to move our bodies in a calm yet energetic way, and how to figure out what's happening inside ourselves - all in an ongoing effort to self-regulate in a positive, life-affirming way. We'll also be making amazing crafts each week to fill our anxiety tool-kits. We'd love you to join us!
